For a girl / woman to have her period, it requires energy (calories) of the body. It also can result in a (minor amount of) blood loss, but there are also many nutrients that are lost with the uterine lining that were there to potentially support a growing fetus. Anorexics place their bodies in a state where the body naturally does not want to "waste" calories or vital nutrients, usually that it is lacking due to poor nutrition / starvation, on "un-needed" bodily functions. It must continue to breathe and pump blood and filter the kidneys, but having a period is not essential. Starvation can also cause hormone problems, which can lead to disrupted or stopped periods.
Failure to take care of your self like anorexia, bulemia, severe weight gain or loss can disrupt your cycle.
it doesnt work like that sweetie, to "stop" anorexia, you need sometimes years of therapy and in-patient treatment. It doesnt just stop.
I hope not!

yes they can still have a period, but not for long, if the anorexia goes untreated.
Yes.
Yes. Most females with anorexia will stop having their periods. This is the body's natural attempt to conserve energy and nutrients (not lose iron and potassium, for example). Prolonged anorexia without treatment can also cause infertility problems in the future.
Not usually, no.
Anorexia causes the brain to be starved. Without enough fluids and nutrients, brain functions will slow down. If this continues over a long period of time, brain cells can begin to die. In younger brains, development can also slow down or stop completely.
Yes - especially if you develop Anorexia Nervosa.

No, vinegar will not stop your period. Your period is part of your menstrual cycle and a natural function of your body, you cannot stop your period with vinegar.
