one of the switches are bad and it is grounding out the other ones, probably the one that works.
In the middle, you must pop out the faceplate that the switch is attached to. This can be done with a common screw driver. From there you will see that it is attached to power, unhook that and replace it with the new one. done.

You are going to have 2 things to repair with this problem. The window switch and the window motor. The weak motor has melted the inside of the switch. Yep...been there,done that.Replacing the motor wont fix the switch and if you replace the switch the weak motor will melt the new switch.
That is a dealer item only, not found at retailers. You can, however get one from a junk yard but it's not advised.

A power window relay switch relays the power from the car's battery, to the switch itself, and then to the window motor. When pressing the button inside of the car it allows the power to go from the relay switch to the motor and roll the window up or down.
Bad switch (jump wires to see if you can get it to work) Bad motor - see if you are getting power to it.
