I have a salt water pool. My skin does not feel dried out after drying off like in a regular Chlorine pool. I cannot say scientifically it is better but my skin and hair feel better

if you buy your size correctly, then yes. They are made of a polyester/spandex blend, so they have to be skin-tight. (otherwise it would be no fun!) If you do not want it to be skin-tight, buy a size larger than yours

It may be uncomfortable, you may feel the salt on your skin, and it may sting you eyes, but it's just like swimming in the ocean. There is nothing hazardous about salt in water, you'd feel safe to drink water with salt added to it right?
