There are only a few things that would cause that.Tires,Rims,Brakes/Rotors,lower ball joint,Lower control arm bushing,outer tie rod end,inner tie rod end. Just get both front wheels off the ground, grab the tire and shake and wiggle...look to see where it has the play..If no play..then suspect the Brakes/Rotors,Tires,rims.
