Usually the fault lies in the temperature sender which is normally located in one of the metal pipes attached to the rubber pipes that run into the top of the radiator. Replace the sender with the correct one and the problem should be righted

Hi there this happened to me to, it mite be a fuse or relayor the temp sender unit on the inlet manifold. It may be a faulty gauge but it is more likely to be one of the other to. Hope that helps

The best thing to do is to simply leave them at room temperature. However, cold golf balls don't go as far, and when they are warm they go slightly farther. However, intentionally heating or cooling a golf ball is against the rules.

The CTS can be found on a plastic flange at the front of the engine. There are in fact two CTS units fitted in the same plastic housing, a blue one that is connected to the ECU and a black one that connects to the temperature gauge. The blue one is the one to change when diagnosing running problems.
