I'm not absolutely certain that this is the reason, but here's my guess:
Google owns Android. They also have a checkout software that they use called Google Checkout. Because they obviously make money through Google Checkout, they don't want to let people who are using Android Market bypass Google Checkout to use PayPal.

No it doesnt. imessage is just for iphones..but there are plenty of messaging apps on the play store that are much better than imessage and can be used to instant message anyone (windows phone, ios, android, etc.)
if you want to carry a market research then you need to hold it properly so it doesnt fall down lol:D
Nothing really "happens". You still have the same phone but just not Android Jelly Bean. Your phone company may release an update for you or a custom ROM may have been created online.
