If its a legal copy you may need to completely uninstall the programme. Making sure no references are left in the registry and the restart the computer. Before reinstalling check that your machine and its operating system is compatible for the software version.

If its a legal copy then uninstall everything associated with Photoshop and ensure that the registry entries are clear as well. Then restart the computer and reinstall. If its a cracked copy - Then you need to purchase a legal version
