Why doesn't WikiAnswers expire questions if they are not answered within a certain period of time?
We are building a Q&A knowledge database. If a question is answered within 2 minutes or 2 weeks makes no difference. We are providing the answer for all of those who have that quandary in the future.
Other Q&A sites expire their questions. What then happens? The questions gets asked another way and time is wasted answering the same questions over and over again. On WA we can merge these questions into already-answered questions which saves lots of wasted effort. The alternate wording concept is a strength of WA.
As more and more different wordings are asked question volume will naturally start to ease up as people start to arrive at pre-answered questions more and more. That is the potential WA holds as the ultimate source for instant answers. Someone who has the answer may turn up anytime.

Why doesnt WikiAnswers just say answered or not answered beside the questions because it would save a lot of time?

Why does after you sign into WikiAnswers after like a month it doesnt let you go on?
It could be that you've been blocked because of inappropriate behavior while on WikiAnswers (whether questions or answers).
If wiki doesnt want to answer a question dont offend the person asking just close the site down and we will go elsewhere?
WikiAnswers questions are answered by humans. If your question doesn't get answered, it is not because "Wiki doesn't want to answer it." It is because there are literally THOUSANDS of new questions on this site every single day, and it is very difficult to keep up with them. The site cannot be closed down just because one question doesn't get answered.

What happens when WikiAnswers doesnt give you the answer you want?
Then you have to go to a different website or create an account and ask again (if you already have an account then sign in and ask again) and check back to see if it gets answered.
Is WikiAnswers a waste of your time if it doesnt have your answers straight away?
No, if wiki answers doesn't answer your quiestion staright away it doesn't mean that it is a waste of time because your quiestion will be most likely be answered at some time. =]
Why doesnt anyone answer my questions you get so upset?
There are a lot of questions on this site, and it is difficult for people to get around to every single one of them. Feel free to jump in and start answering questions from other people. If we all pitch in, it will make it more likely that yours get answered as well. :)

There are questions that have not been answered here just like your question that has not been answered until now, by me. If you look up a question that you do not have the answer to on this website, and it has been answered, underneath it is usually a little section titled Can you Answer These Questions? And that section will have several links under it that go to questions you can answer. The alternative is that the question you have asked does not have an answer, in which case the website will ask you Is your question One of These? Underneath that will be another list of links. On that list there are usually a few unanswered questions which have the word Unanswered written after them in light grey. I hope this has helped! :)
