Ah, but we do. When you type a question into the search bar above, you are taken to a page which has a list of possible spelling errors.
After you have answered a question, click the icon to the far right of the toolbar above (the one with a tick and 'abc'). This is the spell check icon.
At the moment you cannot add any spellings to the WikiAnswers spell-check dictionary.
Yes I did not see a spell check either.
WikiAnswers now has a spell checker! When you click to answer a question, or edit an existing answer, there is a link both above and below the answer box that allows you to check your spelling!
By WikiAnswers Style rules, contributions are to be made in standard English, using standard spelling, grammar, and punctuation. One of the ways WikiAnswers helps with this is to provide a spell checker. You can spell check answers by clicking either the "abc" check mark icon on the menu bar of the answer editor, or by clicking the link below the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
Spell checking is not typically a feature of an operating system, but instead is provided by the software that provides the ability of editing documents. Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, and many other document-editing suites all provide spell-checking in various languages.
You may hit "spell check", or look them up in a dictionary, or failing that, ask WikiAnswers! SOUND IT OUT OR DOWNLOAD FIREFOX WITH BUILT-IN SPELL-CHECKER.
On the right-hand side of the blue bar right above the answer box (where it says style, B, I, S, etc.) there is an "abc" with a check mark next to it. Click on that to activate the spell check.
That is the correct spelling, WikiAnswers, with a capital W and A.
