As the name implies.........it's gum. From my experience, touching gum or sap of tree is very thick and sticky. Tis just like chewing on rubber band...it never seems to go away or finish.it's somewhat stubborn. the only difference between the sap/gum of a tree and a Chewing Gum is that the latter has sweetners and flavours which quickly fade away while we keep on chewing and chewing.
