∙ 13y agoIt's not your ears that are fizzing, it's the hydrogen peroxide interacting with the wax in your ears, oxidizing it, that's doing the fizzing. Peroxide oxides almost all living cells, including live or dead human cells. That's why it is used as a germicide.
