The heater motor blower might not work in a 1995 Dakota because the wire harness behind the glove compartment came apart. The radio might not work because of a fuse.
Those are two seperate circuits. Start with checking the fuses. There is a fuse for the radio and a fuse for the heater blower motor.
FUSE!
Sounds like it could be a bad ground in heater motor circuit
Accessing the dashboard heater controls on 1996-2005 Taurus/Sables requires the integrated radio/heater control dash panel to be removed. Not hard at all - it's the same as removing a traditional Ford radio. See "Related Questions" below for detailed instructions.
If it's a Mk5 Transit (smiley) then it is behind the radio/ash tray center console, not the easiest thing to get at:-)
the one labled radio
Crossed wires that have corroded together can cause your heater and radio to stop working, at the same time. The heater and radio are not related in any other way.
According to tunein.com, there are no radio stations in South Dakota which broadcast Savage Nation. You may, however, listen online or find a station that is not located in South Dakota.

Bad fuse?
The heater control valve motor is located below the dash on the passenger side. First remove the glove box, then the lower trim panel. Before removing the lower trim panal remove the center trim around the radio and A/C controls. After removing the lower trim panel, the heater control valve motor is on the left side underneath the automatic compressor controller, connected to the heater control unit.
