Why doesn't my iPod touch load on videos?

Ok I'll try to make this simple.ok.you will see a dot at the top of the screen you can if you move it you can make the video go to the beginning or the end also the middle.if you put the dot back to the beginning you will see a gray line at the top of the screen if the dot passes the gray line it will stop.so you can wait till the gray line goes across the whole screen but it might take awhile
