Be sure that you hit the "enter" after the password (fuzzybunny), then the computer will ask "launch command?" type in LAUNCH RABBOT and hit "enter". If the entry isn't correct, it will say "unknown command" and ask for the launch command again.
If you enter these correctly, and the command isn't accepted, try rebooting your browser or leaving the factory using the Carrot Transporter. Then replay the Launch Room sequence over again.
