Normally this is caused by a weak ground at the left turn signal bulb.
usually faulty brake lights are either the brake light switch that senses when you press on the brake pedal, a connector somewhere between the brake light switch and the brake lights or the turn signal switch.
The wiring is damaged. It's a known problem with that series. The most probable place to look for damage is the left trunk hinge.
It doesnt matter whether it is day on night
You must give a signal either by hand and arm or by a signal device
No, Brian does not keep the signal fire burning day and night. He only maintains it during the day, as the fire would be riskier to manage during the night without proper supervision.
Define night. What is night in one country is not in another, so as long as the market is open it doesnt matter.
With a lantern, or via radio.
my back brake lights don't work, but the brake light on the back door does what could be wrong
I would start by cheking the brake fluid level. It settles down during the night and wen you start driving the fluid shakes enough to turn the brake fluid level sensor out. Maybe it is time to have a look in your brake pads, as they worn out your brake fluid level goes down. And normally that's the brake pads maintenance warning light. Good luck! Cheers Pedro
