Should be in the engine compartment passenger side fuse block identified as "Blower Motor"...
All that you need to do is unclog the a/c drain tube that is located on the passengers side..

there's a routing diagram right in the engine compartment on the right (passenger) end of the engine if yours is gone just take a camera to a dealership
