In a 1997 Chevy S-10, the wiper relay is located in the under-hood fuse box. To access it, open the hood and find the fuse box on the driver's side near the battery. The relay can be identified by its specific position in the fuse box diagram, usually labeled as the wiper relay. If you're having trouble locating it, refer to the vehicle's owner manual for detailed information.

The fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2006 Mini Cooper S is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard. It is usually a 15-amp fuse, but it's always best to check the owner's manual for the exact fuse number and specifications. If you need to replace it, ensure the new fuse matches the required amperage to avoid electrical issues.
On a 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S, the windshield washer pump is typically protected by a fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box. Specifically, it is usually the "Wiper" fuse, which may vary in amperage depending on the specific configuration of the vehicle. Always refer to the owner's manual for the exact fuse specifications and location for your particular model.
The pulse board may be at fault. We have a large fleet of Chevys and every time we have a wiper problem it is never the wiper motor, it is the pulse board which is attached to the wiper motor. This part is available at your local auto parts store. It can be changed easily without removing the wiper motor from the vehicle.
You need to remove the fuse for the "door defeat." Check the owners manual or look in the fuse box behind the glove box and look for anything with door. I know on the 2001's this fuse was the bottom right corner fuse, I couldn't tell you about the 2006 though.
Appears you have a fuse problem or a shorted circuit. Check the back of your owners manual for the location of the fuse block (s) and identify the fuse that protects the malfunctioning unit. I can only address from my experience with a 1995.Check fuse in position 13 (20 amp yellow-rear wiper), position 19 (10 amp red -turn signals), 26 (30 amp light green- blower motor). If the fuse blows again you will need technical assistance.
