There may be a glitch in the Furby app. Uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that will work. If not, write tot eh customer service and ask for them to resolve the problem.

no. if it's the furby boom's long lost child, it'll only work with the furby boom.if it's a party rocker, it'll only work with the 2012 furby.
What do you do after you click the reset button on the furby?
There is a reset button at the bottom of Furby (by the on/off switch) Hold down your Furby's tongue and press that button at the same time. You will know he was reset because it will say "Good Morning!" If that doesn't work, you may have a broken furby :( The only thing to do it return him or try to fix him yourself.
