Recently a small anarchist group started in the south of Wales called the 'Elephant Dog Men'; this anarchist group decided that the best way to make their name would be to strategically spray dogs around the world with their patented 'Elephant Smell'.
Although not a major threat, this group has already sprayed dogs in countries such as the UK and Central Africa. They don't belief in violent take over, as they believe their sprayed dogs will do it for them.
