For the same reason that the Catholic Church doesn't have an open Question & Answer free-for-all at their religious services.
We have a PROGRAM at all our meetings, assemblies, and conventions; which is scheduled well in advance.
Our active members have no need to ask questions; -- they already know the answers, due to our thorough one-on-one Bible study program they already had before their baptism.
Anyone else who is not a Witness, who has questions, is invited to have them personally answered at any time after the meeting; or at their own homes. The meetings are designed for us; -- Visitors may attend and listen and observe; but the meetings are for us and our continual education.
In fact, for any visitors with questions; in their own personal one-on-one Bible Study, in the privacy of their homes; we answer ALL the questions they could EVER HAVE, well before they can even think what questions to ask. We know all the standard and un-standard questions from our years of experience with people from various beliefs, or 'lack of beliefs'. The questions are all predictable due to the lack of Bible education they had in their previous religion. We are so thorough, that we make sure to answer them all, even the ones they forget to ask.

Jehovah's Witnesses worship the God of the bible; they identify him as Jehovah the Almighty Creator of the Universe.
We don't engage in relic worship or honor the murder weapon that took Jesus life. He wasn't executed on a cross either, but on a stake.
Kingdom Halls are places where Jehovah's Witnesses gather and hold their weekly meetings which are part of their worldwide Bible based educational work. For example on Thursdays 3 meetings are being held and on Sundays the other 2 ones.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not follow a "sabbath" rule strictly, although most meetings with Public talks are held on Sundays for convenience, but sometimes they are held on Saturdays. In addition, Jehovah's Witnesses have mid-week meetings that also give opportunities for worship.
Jehovah's Witnesses gather for worship and prayer on a weekly basis in a meeting hall they call a "Kingdom Hall". There they study the bible and participate in weekly bible discussions and all meetings begin and end with a prayer. Jehovah's Witnesses view all prayer, as well as their public preaching work as part of their worship and this they do outside of those set meeting times and any time of the day.
