They do not spell out God's name in Judaism to ensure that they do not deface or improperly use His name.

Any document with one of the names we have for HaShem written on it becomes holy and cannot be destroyed or just thrown away, it must have a proper burial. So that we don't accidentally destroy a document with one of HaShem's names written on it, we don't write the names in full.

God's true name (יהוה), represented by the letters YHVH in English, was too holy to use in daily conversation and could only be used by the priests in the Temple. Without the Temple, His true name cannot be used.

Today, His true name is not said because the correct pronunciation has been lost. Although many non-Jewish groups have attempted to guess the pronunciation, this is impossible. One issue preventing the pronunciation is that the third letter in the Tetragrammaton, the letter 'VAV' has different pronunciations (oo, oh, v, w) and no one knows which form it takes in His name.

Why did the disciples write god's name as 4 dots?

This is something that I am not particularly aware of, but assuming that it was the case, it would not be terribly surprising. In Jewish culture, there is a great import to writing the Name of God, the tetragrammaton (YHVH in Hebrew letters). Still to this day, religious Jews refuse to write the Name of God on perishable surfaces and still bury books with the Name of God, rather than destroy them. As a result, using a different symbol to represent the Name of God that is not the actual name is often used to avoid the issue of possible desecration of the name. In the case of the Disciples, it would be using the four dots.

Why don't Jews say or spell God?

Jews do in fact write most of the names of God. However, any document that one of His names is written on becomes holy and cannot be destroyed, it must be given a kosher burial. Therefore, on any piece of paper that may potentially be destroyed or thrown away, none of His names are written in full. Although many Jews won't write the word 'God' in full, many do as it's not of Jewish origin. God's true name is represented by the letters 'yud, hei, vav, hei', which in turn, are represented by the English letters of YHVH. His true name was only used in the Temple, and with the Temple's destruction we have lost the correct pronunciation. In the Tanach (Jewish Bible), there are 72 different names used for God in the original Hebrew. In truth, these are not actual names, but rather descriptions of Him that are based on the context of the discussion. In daily conversation, most Jews call him HaShem which means 'The Name' in reference to His true name.

Do Jews pray to Moses?

Only God is worshiped by Jews.Jews have immense respect for Abraham and consider him a prophet because he abandoned the polytheism of the Chaldeans in Mesopotamia and followed God's command without question and become the progenitor of numerous peoples: Israelites, Edomites, Ishmaelites/Arabs. But he is not worshiped.Absolutely not. Judaism is a monotheistic belief system in which God is the only one to be worshiped. Worshiping mortals or any physical objects is considered idolatry.
