Actually, in Islam, there is no such thing as baptizing. Islam is between the person and God, and upon entering the religion, you must just say the testimony, called shahada, saying "I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah (God), and I bear witness that Muhammad is his messenger." Therefore, there is not type of baptizing process like in Christianity, since the religion isn't between you and others, but between you and God, as God alone knows your heart's intentions.
