Due to Americans in the Americas afraid of Pakistanis due to the New York attack of 9/11, no western airlines fly to Pakistan, and Pakistan International Airlines, the sole operator of flights from Pakistan to the Americas (specifically New York and Toronto) are not non-stop because of supposedly terrible security. Pakistan is not jealous, as Bangladesh does not have ANY flights to the USA, although Biman Bangladesh Airways usde to have non-stop flights to New York.
United Airlines, Jet Airways & Air India are the sole operators for India flights, with nonstop services from Chicago and New York to New Delhi (Air India) and from Newark to Mumbai (Air India, Jet Airways, United) and Delhi (United). American Airlines also flew from Chicago to New Delhi but that was cancelled in 2012.
