Why don't birds get electrocuted when both of their feet are on a power line?

Because there is no ground. In order for them to be part of the circuit, there has to be a way for the electricity to more easily flow through them to something else then for it to continue travelling on the wire. because its not grounded

Now to keep safe of electric sockets remember these things: Dont pull it out from a distance because you can break or bend the cord. Don't put water near it never do games or run on carpets around it then touch it. Dont touch it towards power outes
