Cinco de Mayo is an overwhelmingly Mexican celebration, which has become a "Mexican Pride Day" in the United States -- think of it as the Mexican version of St. Patrick's Day.

As such, it is not often celebrated by other cultures, including African-Americans or Asian-Americans.
