At first, this is a very general and open question. To answer it shortly:
Guys want to appear strong, and manly to others, especially girls. As a culture, a guy who goes around always complaining or whining about what is going on is a "wimp" and a "crybaby". This means guys tend to keep all their problems to themselves, trying to solve them alone. Basically, guys don't want to be open, and don't share very often, because they are afraid to be vulnerable. Because once a guy becomes vulnerable to an individual, they feel as if their "manliness" and sense of strength has been compromised.

∙ 14y agobecause women have a better understanding of feelings than men do also, its not very manly to discuss ur problems if ur a guy with othr guys. the other guys will think ur a wimp or sumthing.
