We Jehovah's Witnesses believe The Bible is inspired from god from beginning to end and we adhere to the bible as the standard for all our beliefs. In the bible only two birthdays are spoken of in which both someone was killed. So why would Jehovah God have put these two birthdays in which deaths occurred in the bible if he wanted us to celebrate birthdays.

It can't be done. Jehovah's Witnesses don't observe their annual birthdate. You'd be doing it all alone, all by yourself. Many of us don't even know how old we are, unless we figure it out each time; because we don't celebrate birthdays we never know how old we are. (Oh did I say that already?)
You can, but they'll more and likely tell you in a polite manner that they don't celebrate birthdays, and they'll tell you why if you ask. I've had a lot of people tell me that, and I did the above.
