They do: the southeast is where the flaming capital is, after all, but even outside of that Brighton is popular.
Christian rock bands are usually offered the chance to tour to open for secular bands. They are paid more to do this. However, most Christian bands refuse the offer to open for secular bands. However, Skillet did not. Skillet was also signed by a secular label called Lava, that also allows them to tour with secular bands.

Underoath is christian, and they are going the the warped tour.
Various bands various jobs.
As of September/October 2011, Avenged Sevenfold is currently on the Uproar tour with many bands such as Three Days Grace and Seether. However that is not actually their tour. Their next tour will be the Buried Alive tour. They will be playing with Hollywood Undead and Black Veil Brides.
It all depends on the band and what deal is made. Some bands are paid as a full. This is one of the business parts of Vans Warped Tour that makes the process very complicated. The band managers discuss the payments and of course hotels are free for the bands to stay in. Some bands stay with other bands in hotels. Some bands ride with other bands to save gas. It really depends on if the bands get along. (you can see how this turns out just LOVELY) Gas is cut out of the salary or paid for by the band before the tour begins.

No you have to pay but it's worth it! You can see many bands perform, you can meet band members and you can get free stuff!
Three Days Grace is touring with several bands in the Uproar tour, as of 2011.
They are now in the Vans Warped Tour with a bunch of other bands. I don't know when a personal tour is but this is all I know. :)
Bands can play their local date of the Warped Tour by winning the Ernie Ball Batttle Of The Bands or by winning the Earn It Yourself spot on the Kevin Says Stage. In order to play the whole tour, you need to be chosen by one of the stage sponsors.
