Monkeys don't get acne because they do not have skin like we do. There faces and body parts are covered in hair.
Acne is caused by inflammation of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles of the skin. Basically if you don't keep your skin clean, your skin will become dirty and your pores will become clogged, hence the pimples that we are quite familiar with. Acne is also caused by hormonal changes within the body.
Therefore, monkeys can keep there skin clean simply by covering it up with a load of hair. And that is why monkeys do not have pimples or zits like us humans. If we were covered in hair, we would not have to worry about acne or pimples, but since we have our skin showing all the time, with the exception of clothes, we have to worry about pimples.
