Why don't muslims euthanize suffering animals?

Muslims are against euthanasia. They believe that all human life is sacred because it is given by Allah, and that Allah chooses how long each person will live. Human beings should not interfere in this.

Animals should be left to die because euthanasia is not natural. When an animal dies, it goes through a process in which its soul leaves its body. If the animal is killed earlier its natural process will be ended, and so instead of helping the animal we harmed it. Some may think that euthanasia will help end the pain and suffering of the animal. If you let the animal die naturally, its soul will be happy and free of pain once it has left the body. Euthanasia also has a strong, emotional impact on us humans. We should not do something that upsets us. Natural death, however, will occur anyway, and there's nothing we can do about that. Besides, how do you know that you're doing the right thing? Have any of the prophets ever said to kill? These are the reasons of why Muslims don't kill suffering animals. I hope this helps!
