Mice are not raised as food animals in the West and so proper facilities would have to be set up for the humain breeding, vetenary testing and slaughter of mice if they were to go into cat food. In reality it is much cheaper to use those animals already humainly slaughtered and vetted for the human market. Effectivly cat food can be made as a byproduct of the human meat market using those parts of the animal not fashionably eaten, this saves the producers money.

No it can not a mouse is simply a hetrotropth
From what I have heard, using flavored wood chips does make a large difference not only in the taste of the food but its tenderness as well.

You would have to make the tool track your mouse and detect where and when it clicked. As long as the mouse is not in oblivion(On the skybox, not a brick) you could make it clone a piece of food from the Lighting folder, set it's parent to Workspace, and teleport it to your mouse's pointer location. If you did not want to make it spawn on your mouse you could make it spawn on your head or at a set location too.
A dwarf mouse eats wholesome blends of grains, seeds, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Make sure they are dried and clean the bowl every time you switch the food.
Best flavored cookie is he pineapple flavored cookie, but they are not sold so you can make them yourself

You feed it a good diet. Get special mouse food from a pet store, and make sure it is drinking. If it is still skinny, then it is sick. Snakes don't care if the mouse is skinny!
