It depends what you mean by 'removing'. Users of this site are required to follow a few simple rules. If someone violates the rules, they are warned first. If they refuse to heed the warning (and change their ways) - they can be blocked. The block is at the discretion of supervisors, and based on the severity of the original 'problem'. Users can be blocked for anything from an hour - to permanently. This becomes a problem when the user is from a school or other public computer. If a block is placed on the IP address (rather than an individual) - ALL the users at that IP address suffer !
