Why don't you have pregnancy symptoms if a test says you are pregnant?

Not everyone does. Feel fortunate. Literally everyBODY is different. Some women don't have pregnancy symptoms at all. Some women even continue to have periods in the first few months of pregnancy. There IS a chance that the pregnancy test is wrong. I'm assuming you're using a home pregnancy test. If so, take another one in a few days. Then, of course, go see a doctor or a clinic to be sure.
