Yes dog eyelashes grow. I sometimes have the groomer trim back my dog's eyelashes, even though I love the long eyelashes, they do sometimes interfere with the dog's vision. They grow back quickly!

No. It's a load of rubbish. They just grow back to their original size. If you want bigger lashes just use mascara or fake eyelashes. Don't go over the top though, you dont want to look like a panto drag queen - unless you are aiming for that look lol.
