I suppose one could dislike ice cream because they have an irrational fear/hatred of dairy (it exists!) the person could also be lactose intolerant. But the most simple would be that they dislike the flavor/ texture of ice cream.

∙ 12y agoWhy would you like cake? People like ice cream because it's sweet, and is in almost every flavor! People also like it when it is warm so that they can cool down, but this isn't a good idea if you're exercising because it will make you thirsty.
