- Many men do not wear wedding rings because it can often be the line of work they are in such as working with machinery where they might snag their wedding ring and damaging that finger. Some men simply do not like jewelry of any kind.

According to me everybody follows the same rule of men not wearing an engagement ring and only woman can and might be that is the only reason men do not get an engagement ring.
But from my POV Men should get an Engagement Ring from which will equalize the relation between both and also they will remember that they are committed to each other

Because everybody follows the past rules that men do not wear an Engagement Ring but this is not correct if you will give them they will surely wear that. And also shows that they both are committed to each other
