In order to have a solar eclipse, the moon needs to have the same angular size as the Sun. Non of Jupiter's and Saturn's moons have that characteristic.
They do however have lunar eclipses, when their moons enter the planets' shadows.
When the sun comes around the clouds don't block them like how ours do so then the have no eclipses.
