in planaria excretion takes place through diffusion,as will as have special excretory system made up of many tubule called protonephridia.protonephridia give rise to branches have special kind of cells called flame cells.flame cells is nucleated have a cavity,in the centre of cavity there are cilia.cilia undulate itself look like a flickering candle that,s why it,s calld flame cells.flame cells and tubules are full of fluid,containing waste matter dissolve in it.flame cells excrete the waste through excretory pore called nephridiopore,by undulating their cillia.
