Not really. Women know when guys are together they check out other women and pick up on other women. They also know that men will never snitch or hate another guy for cheating so there will be nothing to prevent him from cheating on his girlfriend. So when men hang out with men between them checking out other women and not minding a cheating or promiscuous friend then the chance of him meeting and/or having sex with another female are vastly increased. We're not stupid. We know how you guys work. We just don't want to hear you lie and deny it and then have to have a fight over it and hear you call us paranoid when we really know the truth.

This just means that he really likes you, and is jealous. Just talk to him and tell him that these other guys are JUST friends, and that no one can replace him as your boyfriend (if you mean it of course). It's good to have a trusting relationship where you can tell him everything. Maybe don't hang out with these other guys so much and start spending more time with your boyfriend. But, always make time for family too.
