in a way yes, Concorde got lots of countries around the world to get Concorde but after the tu (also delta wing M2) crashed at the french air show everyone was put off from buying Concorde. Concorde was then forced to sell to its country's biggest airliners.

Tiny spaces between the boards. Maybe they got got in when the windows and doors were open. Maybe they got through the window screen when they were smaller and then ate a bunch of bugs and now you see it all grown up. Unless your house is as air-tight as a balloon, there are ways for spiders and insects and dust and gases to in.
