This happened in my '88 Sierra awhile back, take a look up underneath the rear of the truck for a wiring hub of sorts (mine was on the driver's side) a little above the rear bumper (if you just follow the wires from the taillights you'll find it) mine was kinda a "T" shape, due to trailer plug wiring. regardless, squeeze all the connections together and the lights should work. if needed, use a zip-tie to hold the hubs together tightly, this will prevent the problem from reoccurring. Good luck!
Check the fuses.
Either the front or rear bulb is burnt out.

You would die from AIDS.
Heater has just stoped working no power to control panel
you would not die but you would be very sick and maybe paralised
if the heater stoped working it sounds like a restriction or total blockage in the coolant lines, or its your water pump. take it to a shop as this can kill the motor through over heating.
it may have nothing to do with your brake pads on my car the blinkers stoped working they still came on but they stoped blinking and i just had to repace the bulbs
He believe the clock to have stoped working as the time stands still
