They might be broken, check with a mechanic, its illegal to drive when they are broken.
Check for a blown fuse.
this recently happened to my 2005 Monte Carol. The MECHANIC had to readjust BEHIND the dashboard. It seems all 3 gauges are connected.
it;s called a rally k circuit expensive part and you have to remove the dash to get to it when i had mine estimated it ran about 500.00 but that was 8 years ago
Check fuses under dashboard, driver side.
Definitely take apart the gauges, check and make sure all cables are intact.
there was a recall for that .call dealr to see if you qualify
It could mean: 1. Ignition is off / engine is stopped 2. Fuse of dashboard is damaged 3. Problems with wire

There are certain car gauges which are mandatory to have in a dashboard. These gauges are the speedometer, the temperature gauge, the fuel gauge, the tachometer, oil pressure gauge, charging system gauge, and odometer.
gauge wiring may not be hooked up if they have never worked or if they have and just stopped working maybe a fuse i would check all your fuses
I have a 1991 E-150 hightop with 110k miles on it. both the gauges stopped working I had to replace both sending units and that worked
