could be a few things, either the fuse has blown, the pump has stopped working and died or the washer jets are blocked.
if you can still hear the pump trying to work i would say the pipe is blocked, if you cant find what fuse it is and check it, if that is fine i would say it would be a faulty pump, but also you might want to check the power to the pump.
The relay switch for the washer motor on a 2001 model Peugeot 406 Estate is located at the controls of the windshield washer. It is near the washer fuse.?æ
in the engine compartment fuse box
The fuse for the washer pump on a Peugeot 406 is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard or in the engine compartment, depending on the model year. It is commonly a 10-amp fuse, but it's essential to check the vehicle's owner's manual or the fuse box cover for the exact specifications. If the washer pump isn't functioning, checking this fuse first is a good troubleshooting step. Always replace a blown fuse with one of the same amperage to avoid electrical issues.
Need to check the pump in the bottom of the reservoir, It's stopped up or just not working.
Remove driver side wheel and wheel arch remove the old one first and fit the new one.
Check the washer fluid pickup screen and/or pump.
My wiper blades have stopped working and the window washer isn't spraying out.
17% of 406= 17% * 406= 0.17 * 406= 69.02
10 amp small fuse located in the engine bay fuse box by the battery its the first ten amp fuse on the right hand side
I have just fitted a new washer pump to my 406 estate. The washer bottle is in the front right wing, you need to take off the front right wheel, remove the wheel arch liner (I had 4 torq screws to remove- T20 I think, one of which was under the front bumper/fairing). I couldn't find a bottle bung to empty the bottle (haynes reckons there is one), but it soon emptied once I pulled the pump off!!. Disconnect the hoses and replace with a new pump and fitting is the reverse of the above. Good luck
406 is already an integer. So the answer is 406.
Please be more specific with your problem. Is the sprayhead stopped up with sediment? Does the wiper not work? What? There is no washer pump in the rear window. It is nothing more than a spray head that is connected by tubing to the same underhood washer pump that supplies the front windshield sprayers.
