This could be a sign of mites (surprisingly easy for a bunny to catch from hay and the like) so a trip to the vet for an ivermectin shot would definitely be a must!
Always remember, rabbits are intelligent, social animals... if they are sick they need to see a vet, just as we would need to see a doctor.
