Why have i never had a growth spurt or grown normally have always been shorter than others my age and looked much younger than i am i just turned eighteen and iam female is something wrong with me?

A. You have eaten a lot of soy sauce through puberty and on. Fermented soy products have been shown to lower the body's content of human growth hormone.
B. Family genetics. You have short ancestors.
C. A hormone imbalance in your system.
D. Normal. Growth spurts often occur at college age.
You are concerned about it, so treat yourself to a visit to a Doctor Who can test you in different ways that we cannot do here.

It could just be genetics. Meaning you were born with a set of code saying specifically how tall you are going to be when you grow older ((Though no one really knows how to interpret that code and whatnot)). In any case, blame your heritage.
