The wheel bearing should have a inner and outer seal to keep debris out. Do you have these installed everytime you replace the bearing? They are highly overlooked but are the difference in having to replace bearings periodicly.
Chances are its a wheel speed sensor and will need the wheel bearing replaced. or it can be a loose or corroded wire attached to the sensor as well.

Ok get in the car and lock the doors with the driver door lock knob put the key into the ignition and turn to the accessory position then wait 20 seconds to thirty seconds and hit the unlock button this should reset the key fob anyhow that's what the owners maual says, If you change your battery and put the new one in under 8 seconds it should stay programed though, good luck it tokk me a few times but i fianly got it to work.
