because if u cannot see most of the older population had died on the goldfields which means people dont wanna live therer cause they think there kids or themselves will get nightmares also spirits and ghosts which are not true but people still are afraids that they might be saying that ballerat 22 diggers and 5 troops died there and there if many people that live there also many people think the location the the water surplies and the humanity of the population that live there if knowone lives there than nobody will cause the will be a easy target for robberys cuse no neighbours and so there are many weird ways to think why the have become ghist towns
