the feet are probubly worn down. you should take the dog to the vet just to be on the safe side.
My dog used to get a foot fungus that irritated her skin. She would lick them because they itched, and between the irritation and the licking her feet would get very pink. See your vet.
Assuming the dogs have four feet and birds two, you need 15 dogs (60 feet) and 1 bird (2 feet) giving a total of 16 birds and dogs and 62 feet. None. Dogs have paws, not feet. Also, birds have claws, not feet.
your mad at your feet
Two interesting facts about dogs are: * Dogs are not color blind, but don't see colors as bright as humans do. * All but 2 breeds of dogs have pink tongues; the Shar-pei and the Chow Chow have black tongues.

No, dogs live in the moment. As soon as you are gone he will not miss you.
in general, there could be two realistic answers to this. The first as a joke ... none, dogs don't have feet they have paws. The second answer forgiving the feet/paw issue and presuming you meant paws.. 1 to 4. (normally people list larger number first, but since your question was dogs to feet/paws, 1 dog - 4 paws) Normal healthy dogs have 4 paws. Exceptions are made for lame or genetically incorrect dogs (there have been 2 recently well known dogs born without a set of front limbs or without a set of back limbs) etc...
The simple answer is yes. There are, however, dogs born with congenital defects that result in missing limbs, and many other dogs with missing limps as the result of illness or injury. Most dogs can very easily adapt to one--or even in some cases two--missing feet without a great deal of difficulty. Hind limbs are generally easier for a dog to cope with the loss of than forelimbs, but they can adapt to either.
'Two Dogs' can mean that the two dogs are doing something or whatever. 'Two Dogs' can even mean that there are two dogs in the room, it's not that hard to decode you know.
