This is completely normal operation. Most coolants contain a form of Alcohol that will evaporate. Unless the coolant use is over a couple of pints per month, just keep the overfill bottle at the proper level with your vehicles required coolant and enjoy your drive.
If you find traces of oil in the antifreeze it's an indication of broken engine gasket. You need to go consult with a professional.
If the antifreeze/coolant level in the radiator gets low enough, the engine will over heat. If the engine overheats enough, it could warp the intake manifold requiring a very expensive repair. Do yourelf a favor and get theleak repaired.
