You are confused because you are uncertain about yourself. Maybe you had some high expectations of what you thought should have happened after you had carnal knowledge, like how you should have been treated afterwards. Maybe you think you weren't "satisfactory" in bed. Then again, maybe you think you may have been too easy. A lot has to do with your confidence but most of all, it's the single belief that "is this the one I want to spend my life with?" Answer this and that should either bring back the feelings or open your eyes.
